ProfileMy name is Jesse Sinclair, I’m a Calgary based multimedia designer who specializes in interactive design for museums, educational institutions, and corporations.

Since 2009 I’ve run my own art studio doing large scale sculptural work for museums and corporations. My work has ranged from life-size reconstructions of dinosaurs, through to military artifact replicas, and all the way to interactive science displays for children.

In 2014 I decided to balance my contract work with heading back to college to expand my skill-set to include new media and emerging technologies. I am now an Adobe Certified Associate in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, InDesign, and Premiere. I thoroughly enjoy being able to combine my traditional sculpting with the new media skills I’ve picked up, creating pieces that inform and enhance each other.

In my day-to-day life I enjoy the usual hobbies that everyone loves (traveling, going to the movies, video games) with some extremely geeky hobbies, primarily cosplay and table-top war-gaming. Both of these allow me to flex my creative muscles in ways that don’t often come up in my career.

I have two cats, two lizards, and the worlds cuddliest boa constrictor. They live together in relative harmony, except one of the lizards, who is potentially the most hateful animal I’ve ever encountered. I love him dearly anyways. It is not reciprocated.
